The love in this picture is palpable and so beautiful. It captures the mission of MSC – to share in love that sees others as equals, deserving of dignity and the opportunity to thrive. Lauren and Rashane's friendship inspires us and reminds us how important caring for the most vulnerable is.
Describing the image, Lauren said, “Photos from my team’s trip to Jamaica are special to me because they perfectly reflect the immense and pure love radiating from all of the residents, like Rashane. Though many residents communicate non-verbally, they so easily and proudly make their love for others known.”
